No. Your practice pays advertising spend separately using its own payment method. PPC management is available for $499/month up to $5,000 in combined monthly ad spend, then $499 plus 10% of the excess. The base management fee is included in Apex.
Yes. Every new core plan includes an Everest-built and managed website. Ascent uses a proven template; Summit and Apex include an individually custom-designed site. Your domain and brand remain yours, with an optional website buyout if you leave.
