01 / UNDERSTAND THE DECISION
Patients want to know who will care for them, whether you accept their insurance, and how soon they can be seen. Make those answers easy to find, from a Google search to your appointment page.
LOCAL TRUST
Provider profiles, consistent practice information, and patient reviews help people evaluate a practice before they make contact.
PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Keep new-patient status, accepted insurance, office hours, and appointment instructions accurate. Give each location a clear route from search to scheduling.
THE RIGHT DEMAND
Prioritize the services, age groups, and locations your team wants to grow. Campaigns should reflect real appointment availability and practice priorities.
PRIMARY CARE / A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
A prospective patient may need to know the location, providers, appointment process and how to confirm insurance participation before contacting the office. A general welcome leaves that work to them.
Put current access information beside the next step. Keep those facts aligned between the website and business profile; the practice confirms availability and insurance details.
